Sometimes I wish I can just cut a hole in myself and empty myself of the emotions then seal it back.
You know, the difference between a guy and a girl. (Disclaimer: In general)
Sometimes, a female just find it very hard to get back to work when she's just down.
And the male just wonders, "Just do this and it'll be done."
Just.
For the female, the emotion is the activation energy (the barrier) that she needs to overcome before getting herself back to work.
Many times, I wish I'm more rational. After reading Elizabeth Elliot's "Let me be a woman", I learnt to appreciate my weakness as my strength. She used the sailboat as an illustration. The sail is the one which cause the boat to move the wrong direction, at the same time it is the strength of the sailboat.
I guess, when I'm weak, I'll make a choice turn to God who designed me to be so.
2 Cor 12:9 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.
The God who gave me so much to do, He'll supply all that I need to do it.

Yay.. I have a new love. Cooking.
I have a new na shou dish after the camp. Fried rice! Whee. With only onions, sausage and egg (and rice of course). Ain't I pro? Wahaha. You guys at the camp, you better say it's yummy or it's yummy hor.
Ho ho ho... Housewifedomestic engineer (according to lihui) in the making.
Back to discussing menu for dinner at Hsiao Ling's. Whee.

I'm in school now because was supposed to meet a prof to find out more about an honours project he's offering. But, he didn't appear at the time he proposed. And...
Sobs..
Oh well.. He's my favourite organic chem lecturer.
Oh, and I dropped him an email only to find out from the auto-reply that he's away from the 2nd.
But he told me he'd only be gone tomorrow and he arranged a meeting TODAY. Aw.
